My hope is to show people that feel CSS challenged that you don’t need to be an artist, know how to draw or even just pick colors, and certainly you don’t need to know how to use Photoshop to be able to come up with a nice, clean, readable and original layout.
Being a developer, I found this article really refreshing; as even after reading books and posts on CSS, and written several CSS sheets from scratch, I still speak CSS with a strong accent. And I also found useful this help on how to spot quality within web design.
